What are the residence sizes available for rent?

Harrison consists of a boutique collection of 51 rental residences featuring 1- and 2-bedroom apartments. You can select from 22 different spacious floorplans ranging from 425 to 1,033 square feet.

How much does it cost to rent a unit?

Leasing rates at Harrison vary depending on the size and layout of the residence you are looking for, as well as promotions and availability. Prices range from $1,375 to $3,295 per month. Contact our leasing team to view current residence availability and price.

What do the residences look like?

I have pets, can I bring them?

Absolutely, if you’re moving into Harrison, you and your furry friends are invited to a “pet interview” before they move in with you. Pets are allowed up to 2 per unit and a 50 lbs maximum, and you must receive approval from the Building Manager.

Your canine companions are invited to enjoy our convenient Dog Wash Station.

What are the shared amenities?

Do Harrison residences come with parking?

Are there any move-in bonuses?

How much is the security deposit?

The security deposit is 50% of the month’s rent for that specific unit.  

What is the minimum rent period?

Your minimum rent period is typically 12 months.

But, are month to month rentals available?

Leases are only available for the year or longer. 

Are utilities included in my lease?

Heat and water are included in your rent at Harrison. Electricity is paid separately. 

What about Internet or Cable TV?

Harrison in partnership with Telus is currently offering 50% on TELUS Internet and Optik TV on a 2 year term.

Do I need any insurance to move in?

Yes, you will need tenant insurance.
